Made with Pedro Ximénez grapes grown in an environmentally friendly way, then sun-dried using a method inherited from generations, which concentrates all the essence of the fruit, providing sufficient natural sweetness (NO ADDED SUGARS).
Its aging is a tribute to time and patience: eight years of aging in French oak barrels that provide character, depth and unique nuances: notes of vanilla and quince, as well as a captivating woody aroma and flavor.

A la vista, presenta un color caoba “dorado” profundo, con destellos ámbar que anticipan su riqueza interior.
Nariz
En nariz, es intenso y envolvente. Notas de vainilla, pasas, frutas escarchadas y un sutíl recuerdo a madera noble nos introducen en un universo cálido y sugerente.
Boca
En boca, es sedoso, estructurado y equilibrado. La dulzura natural de la uva Pedro Ximénez se funde con toques, entre otros, de: ajenjo, clavo, azahar, flor de ibiscu, romero y canela. El final es largo, elegante y fresco, con un amargor sutil que invita a seguir explorando.
