Denomination of Origin Priorat is a wine-growing region located in the province of Tarragona, in Catalonia, Spain.

Priorat wines are mainly red and made with native grapes such as Garnacha and Cariñena. They are characterized by their concentration, complexity and mineral character, with notes of ripe fruits, spices and earthy nuances.

They are high quality wines, with great aging potential, and are considered some of the best red wines in Spain. Ideal to pair with meats, cured cheeses and dishes with intense flavors.
