Our distillery is situated in a lush valley in the foothills of the Central Highlands of Scotland, in the village of Aberfeldy, a stone's throw from the birthplace of our founder, John Dewar.

Aberfeldy relies on the Pitilie Burn freshwater stream, which runs alongside the distillery. Aberfeldy is the only distillery in Scotland that uses this water.

The distillery has two wash stills with a capacity of approximately 16,500 liters and two alcohol stills with a capacity of 15,000 liters. With these capacities, the Aberfeldy distillery falls within the mid-range of still sizes.
