DO Jumilla

The Jumilla Denomination of Origin is a wine-growing region located in the province of Murcia, in the southeast of Spain.

It is characterized by its warm and dry climate, with Mediterranean influence, which allows the production of high quality red wines.

Jumilla wines are made mainly from the Monastrell grape variety, which is native to the region and adapts well to climatic conditions. These wines are known for their robust character, with body, structure and notes of ripe black fruits, spices and Mediterranean nuances.

They are ideal wines to pair with game dishes, red meats and aged cheeses.
