DESCRIPCIÓN
Casa de la Ermita Crianza is a red wine with a Mediterranean character, born in the high-altitude vineyards of Jumilla (Murcia). Made primarily with Monastrell grapes, complemented by other varieties such as Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon , this Crianza reflects the balance between fruit and oak.
After aging for approximately 12 months in American and French oak barrels, the wine offers intense aromas of ripe red fruit, vanilla, black pepper, and subtle toasty notes. On the palate, it is round, flavorful, and structured, with polished tannins and a long, spicy finish.
It is an excellent choice to accompany grilled meats, game dishes, aged cheeses or traditional stews.
A versatile crianza, with great value for money, that represents the essence of Jumilla viticulture.
