By using this website and placing orders through it, the user agrees to the following:

• Use the website solely for the purpose of viewing products and placing orders.
• Do not place any fraudulent or false orders. If an order is reasonably considered to be fraudulent, LICORES AMABLE SL is authorized to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.

PURCHASE CONDITIONS

Service availability

Users have the possibility of placing orders for the items offered through the website both for delivery to an address within Spanish territory and to a European destination.

Language

The contract will be formalized in Spanish.

Product availability

Orders are subject to product availability. If there are any difficulties in supplying the products or if there are no items in stock, LICORES AMABLE SL will inform the customer of this circumstance either by email or by telephone and will refund any amount paid for the unavailable product or products or will exchange the product for another of the same value as decided by the customer.

Product prices

The prices of the items include all applicable taxes, but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount. LICORES AMABLE SL reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although the products will be invoiced based on the price in force at the time of placing the order (subject to product availability).

The purchase order will indicate both the total price of the product(s) including VAT and the corresponding shipping costs as indicated in the following sections.

The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at any given time depending on the specific item in question.

For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT pursuant to the provisions of Article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and tariffs in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories.

Shipping costs to addresses in Spanish territory

For orders under ___ €, shipping costs amount to ___ €, which must be added to the total amount. Shipping costs will therefore be borne by the customer.

For orders equal to or greater than ___ €, shipping costs will not apply.

Shipping costs to addresses outside of Spanish territory

How to place an order

To place an order, you must select the desired item or items. Once you have selected all the items you want, they will be added to your shopping basket. The next step is to process the order and make the payment. To do so, you must follow the steps requested on the website and follow the purchase instructions that appear on the screen. You will only be asked for the data necessary for the purchase and subsequent delivery of the order. Before formalizing the purchase, you must EXPRESSLY ACCEPT these conditions as well as the privacy policy.

The data recorded by the website constitute proof of the transactions carried out. The customer will receive confirmation of the order via email.

During the checkout process, you can modify your order details. The order is not finalised until the checkout process is complete, which will occur when you have made the payment. Clicking on “Pay” implies that you purchase and pay for the selected items, this step constitutes a binding commitment.

There are no purchase limits. Users can place orders for the number of items they want, with no minimum or maximum set.

Right to cancel the order

LICORES AMABLE SL reserves the right to reject an order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

Likewise, LICORES AMABLE SL has the right to reject or cancel an order for justified reasons such as:

• Due to an error in the billing data (which is incorrect or impossible to verify)
• If there is suspicion of bank card fraud
• If it is not possible to send it to the indicated address
• If there are reasons to suspect that the user is not an end consumer
• If the user is under 18 years old
• If full payment has not been made.

Method of payment

You can use a bank card, PayPal or bank transfer as a means of payment. In the case of payment by card or PayPal, the total amount of the order, which will include the shipping costs that apply, will be charged to the customer's account at the time of purchase. Payments are only accepted in EUROS.

When paying by card, if any incident occurs during the process (for example, the terminal informs you that the card has been refused), the order will be automatically cancelled. Payment by bank card is made through the “___” payment gateway.

By clicking on “Pay”, the user confirms payment for the order and that the credit card is his/her own. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, the data on your credit card will be encrypted. Credit cards will be subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entity, but if the entity does not authorize payment, the order will be automatically cancelled and the system will inform the customer of this cancellation.

If you select PayPal as the payment system, PayPal will be the payment platform and the payment will be made in accordance with the conditions of said payment platform.

LICORES AMABLE SL also offers you the possibility of making payment by bank transfer.

The order will be sent to the address you provide once the total amount of the order has been confirmed. If the amount is not the total, LICORES AMABLE SL reserves the right not to send the order until the customer has paid in full.

Delivery

The products will be sent to the address indicated by the user.

Delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours (business days) for addresses on the peninsula and 7 business days for deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Delivery time for addresses outside of Spain ranges between 7 and 10 business days.

The indicated deadlines will be respected provided there are no unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of continuing with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid.

For the purposes of these conditions, it will be understood that “delivery” has occurred or that the order has been “delivered” at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the products, which will be accredited by the signature of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

Undeliverable

If it is impossible to deliver the order to the address indicated, LICORES AMABLE SL will try to deliver it to a third party indicated by the customer or attempt to deliver it again at a later date. To do so, please contact LICORES AMABLE SL if you are not going to be at the address to arrange delivery on another day.

If within 15 days from when your order is available for delivery the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to LICORES AMABLE SL, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it terminated.

As a consequence of the termination of the contract, we will return all payments received from the user, including delivery costs, without any undue delay and in any case within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which we consider the contract terminated. Please note that transport resulting from the termination may have an additional cost, so LICORES AMABLE SL will be authorized to pass on the corresponding costs to you.

Cancelling an order

The user has the right to cancel an order without giving any explanation. This right is the right of withdrawal established by art. 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

To cancel an order you can use the form that appears in the link “RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL” or you can notify it by email to info@licoresamable.es or by post to the address C/ Belgrado 65 Posterior Las Rozas (MADRID) 28232.

If you send us an email or written communication, please include the details of your order to help us identify it.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by the customer other than the carrier acquired material possession of the goods or, in the event that the products comprising the order are delivered separately, 14 calendar days after the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by the customer other than the carrier acquired material possession of the last of the aforementioned products.

Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the user must return the delivered products to the address indicated, assuming the return costs. Please note that if you decide to return the items to us with postage due, we will be authorized to charge you for the costs we may incur.

The right to withdraw from the contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same condition in which the customer received them. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the same, of products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the product(s) while they are in your possession. Please return the item using or including all its original packaging with all labels. Please do not remove the labels until you are sure you want to keep each item.

After examining the item, we will let you know if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. If the return includes the entire purchase, the correct procedure has been followed and the products are new and unused, we will refund the full purchase amount plus shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the cancelled order.

If the return only includes part of the order, the correct procedure has been followed and the products are new and unused, we will only refund the value of the returned products without shipping costs.

Return of defective products

If you return products to us because they are faulty or the descriptions do not match, we will refund the full price of the products together with the resulting shipping costs and the cost of returning the item.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Access to and use of this website is the responsibility of the users. LICORES AMABLE SL does not guarantee:

The client may not transmit, assign, encumber or otherwise transfer a contract or any of the rights or obligations derived from it without having obtained the prior written consent of LICORES AMABLE SL.

We may transfer, assign, charge, subcontract or otherwise transfer a contract or any of the rights or obligations arising under it at any time during its term. For the avoidance of doubt, such transfers, assignments, charges or other transfers shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer nor shall they void, reduce or otherwise limit any express or implied warranties we may have given you.

You must not misuse this website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other technologically harmful or damaging programs or material.
