PURCHASE CONDITIONS

Service availability

Users have the option to order items offered through the website for delivery to an address within Spain or to a European destination.

Product availability

Orders are subject to product availability. If any difficulties arise regarding product supply or if items are out of stock, LICORES AMABLE SL will inform the customer of this situation either by email or telephone and will refund any amount paid for the unavailable product(s) or exchange the product for another of the same value, as the customer prefers.

Product Prices

The prices of the items include all applicable taxes, but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount. LICORES AMABLE SL reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is placed (subject to product availability).

The purchase order will indicate both the total price of the product(s) including VAT and the corresponding shipping costs as indicated in the following sections.

The applicable VAT rate will be the legally applicable rate at any given time, depending on the specific item in question.

For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 21 of Law 37/1992 without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories.

Shipping costs to addresses within Spain

For orders under €___, shipping costs amount to €___, which must be added to the total amount. Therefore, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

For orders equal to or greater than ___ €, shipping costs will not apply.

Shipping costs to addresses outside of Spain

For orders destined for any country within the European Union under €___, shipping costs amount to €___, which must be added to the total price. Shipping costs will therefore be borne by the customer.

For orders equal to or greater than ___ €, shipping costs will not apply.

How to place an order

To place an order, select the desired item(s). Once you have selected all the items you want, they will be added to your shopping cart. The next step is to process the order and make the payment. To do this, follow the steps on the website and the purchase instructions displayed on the screen. You will only be asked for the information necessary for the purchase and subsequent delivery of your order. Before finalizing your purchase, you must expressly accept these terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy.

The data recorded by the website constitutes proof of the transactions carried out. The customer will receive order confirmation via email.

During the checkout process, before making your payment, you can modify your order details. The order is not finalized until the process is complete, which occurs when you have made the payment. Clicking "Pay" means that you are purchasing and paying for the selected items; this step constitutes a binding commitment.

There are no purchase limits. The user can order as many items as they wish, with no minimum or maximum quantities.

Right to cancel order

LICORES AMABLE SL reserves the right to refuse an order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

Likewise, LICORES AMABLE SL has the right to refuse or cancel an order for justified reasons such as:

• Due to errors in billing information (that is incorrect or impossible to verify)
• If there is suspicion of fraud with the bank card
• If it is not possible to send it to the indicated address
• If there are reasons to suspect that the user is not an end consumer
• If the user is under 18 years old
• If the full payment has not been made.

Method of payment

You can pay by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. For credit card or PayPal payments, the total order amount, including any applicable shipping costs, will be charged to your account at the time of purchase. Only payments in Euros are accepted.

If payment is made by card and any issues arise during the process (for example, if the terminal reports the card as declined), the order will be automatically cancelled. Payment by bank card is processed through the “___” payment gateway.

By clicking “Pay,” the user is confirming payment for the order and that the credit card belongs to them. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit card details will be encrypted. Credit cards are subject to verification and authorization by the issuing bank. If the bank does not authorize the payment, the order will be automatically canceled, and the system will notify the customer of the cancellation.

If you select the payment system through PayPal, PayPal will be the payment platform and the transaction will be carried out according to the conditions of said payment platform.

LICORES AMABLE SL also offers you the possibility of making the payment by bank transfer.

The order will be shipped to the address you provide once we have confirmed receipt of the full amount. If the payment is not for the full amount, LICORES AMABLE SL reserves the right to withhold shipment until the customer has paid the remaining balance.

Delivery

The products will be sent to the address indicated by the user.

Delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours (business days) for addresses on the peninsula and 7 business days for deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

The delivery time for addresses outside of Spain ranges between 7 and 10 business days.

The stated delivery times will be respected unless unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control arise. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this and give you the option of proceeding with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid.

For the purposes of these conditions, "delivery" or "delivered" shall be understood to have occurred when you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the products, which will be evidenced by the signature of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

Delivery impossibility

If delivery to the address provided is not possible, LICORES AMABLE SL will attempt to deliver the order to a third party designated by the customer or reschedule delivery for a later date. Therefore, if you will not be home, please contact LICORES AMABLE SL to arrange delivery for another day.

If within 15 days from the date your order is available for delivery the order cannot be delivered for reasons not attributable to LICORES AMABLE SL, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it terminated.

As a result of the contract termination, we will refund all payments received from the user, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which we consider the contract terminated. Please note that shipping costs resulting from the termination may incur an additional charge, which LICORES AMABLE SL will be authorized to pass on to you.

Cancellation of an order

The user has the right to cancel an order without giving any explanation. This right is the right of withdrawal established by Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

To cancel an order you can use the form found in the link “RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL” or you can notify us by email to info@licoresamable.es or by post to the address C/ Belgrado 65 Posterior Las Rozas (MADRID) 28232.

If you send us an email or written communication, please include your order details to help us identify it.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by the customer other than the carrier acquired physical possession of the goods or, in the case of products that make up the order, 14 calendar days from the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by the customer other than the carrier acquired physical possession of the last of the aforementioned products.

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must return the delivered products to the address provided, assuming the return shipping costs. Please note that if you choose to return the items with postage due, we will be authorized to charge you for any expenses we may incur.

The right to withdraw from the contract applies exclusively to products returned in the same condition in which the customer received them. No refund will be issued if the product has been used beyond simply opening it, if it is not in the same condition as when delivered, or if it has been damaged. Therefore, please take care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. Please return the item using or including all original packaging and tags. Please do not remove the tags until you are certain you want to keep each item.

After examining the item, we will inform you whether you are entitled to a refund. If the return includes the entire purchase, the correct procedure has been followed, and the products are new and unused, we will refund the full purchase price plus shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the returned order.

If the return only includes part of the order, the correct procedure has been followed and the products are new and unused, we will only refund the value of the returned products without the shipping costs.

Return of defective products

If you return the products to us because they are defective or the descriptions do not match them, we will proceed to refund the total price of the products along with the shipping costs and the return shipping costs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We may assign, transfer, encumber, subcontract, or otherwise dispose of a contract or any of our rights or obligations under it at any time during its term. For the avoidance of doubt, such assignment, transfer, encumbrance, or other disposal will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor will it nullify, reduce, or otherwise limit any express or implied warranties we may have given you.
