Bodega José Pariente is one of the most representative wineries of the Rueda Designation of Origin , specializing in the production of high-quality white wines. Its history begins with José Pariente, a winegrower passionate about the Verdejo grape, dedicated his life to cultivating vineyards in Rueda, convinced of the enormous potential of this native variety. In 1998, his daughter Victoria Pariente decided to continue his legacy and founded the winery that now bears her name, with the aim of producing wines that combine winemaking tradition with the most innovative techniques.
Located in the heart of Rueda, the winery works with its own carefully selected vineyards, many of them planted with old Verdejo vines, allowing them to produce wines with great expression and personality. Their approach is based on respect for the land and sustainable viticulture, using advanced technology in the winemaking process to preserve the purity and authenticity of the grapes.
Under the winemaking direction of Martín Pariente, the winery has evolved while maintaining its essence and expanding its range of wines. In addition to its iconic José Pariente Verdejo, a fresh and aromatic wine that represents the ultimate expression of the variety, they have developed other wines aged in oak barrels and on lees, which contribute greater complexity and structure. They also work with varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier, achieving balanced and elegant wines.
A commitment to excellence has led José Pariente to establish itself as a leading winery in Spain and international markets. Its wines stand out for their finesse, intensity, and aging potential, reflecting the unique character of the Rueda terroir and the passion of a family dedicated to wine for generations.
