The raw materials for creating whisky at the DYC distillery are supplied by local farmers of barley and corn, with specific characteristics of size, moisture and weight, and are not genetically modified.

Furthermore, Segovia's extreme climate, marked by the contrast between warm summers and cold winters, adds character to the whisky.
