Cardhu es una destilería de whisky de malta de Speyside situada cerca de Archiestown, Morayshire, Escocia. Fue fundada por el contrabandista de whisky John Cumming en 1819.

La destilería está dirigida por Diageo y, junto con el whisky escocés de pura malta, el whisky de la destilería constituye una parte importante de los whiskies de mezcla de Johnnie Walker.

La palabra "Cardhu" deriva del gaélico escocés Carn Dubh , que significa "Roca Negra".
