Pacharán is a typical alcoholic drink from northern Spain, especially Navarra.

It is made by macerating sloes or wild plums with anise and other ingredients such as cinnamon, vanilla or cloves. The result is a sweet liquor with a characteristic flavor and an alcohol content that is usually around 25 degrees. Pacharán is usually served cold as a digestif after meals or as an aperitif.

It is a very popular drink in Navarra and can be found in many bars and restaurants in the area.
