White wines are its specialty, made mainly with the Treixadura grape and other native varieties such as Albariño, Loureira, Godello or Torrontés.

Ribeiro white wines are characterized by their acidity and freshness, and usually have aromas and flavors of tropical and citrus fruits, as well as herbs and flowers. Additionally, some of Ribeiro's white wines may have a slight presence of wood due to their aging in barrels.
