DESCRIPCIÓN

Meraldis, inspired by the emerald; a precious jewel considered the queen of gems. Its brilliant and refined finish is reflected in this exciting, sophisticated and hedonistic wine.

Single-variety Rueda Verdejo wine made entirely in 500-litre oak barrels. Grapes come from vineyards over 40 years old with pebble soils, typical of the region. We harvest the grapes by hand and press them directly with the stems.

After aging on lees for 6 days, we transfer it to barrels to ferment with indigenous yeasts. It will remain in the barrel for 16 months after undergoing alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in the barrel itself.

This wine attempts to express the surprising versatility of the Verdejo variety without any external interference.
