DESCRIPCIÓN
Viña Pomal Crianza is characterized by traditional winemaking: after destemming and crushing, alcoholic fermentation takes place. The total maceration lasts two weeks, seeking a structure of soft, pleasant wines with great fruit intensity.
Twelve months in American oak barrels (15% new) give us the complexity and maturity necessary to complete the expression of this wine.
Cherry red color with violet hues.
Of great aromatic intensity. Floral and fruity base with notes of licorice and vanilla.
In the mouth , pleasant, with delicate tannins, balanced and fresh.
