DESCRIPCIÓN
Very cold temperatures, heavy snowfall, and abundant rain marked the beginning of the 2021 harvest. This vintage is characterized by a magnificent balance and very homogeneous development across the different vineyard plots. The cover crops played a decisive role in counteracting the humidity and achieving balanced vigor.
The absence of adverse weather conditions allowed the vineyard to develop normally. Thanks to the excellent work of the viticulture team, vine vigor was carefully controlled, resulting in perfect health. Rigorous cluster thinning contributed to the fruit's perfect balance. The harvest began in early October, and the quality of the grapes was exceptional.
The 2021 vintage will be remembered as one of the best harvests in the history of Viña Pedrosa, resulting in extraordinary wines characterized by their
great storage potential.

Rojo picota intenso con ribetes amoratados.
Nariz
Sugerente y muy expresivo en nariz destacan los aromas a frutos del bosque junto con delicados aromas de crianza (vainilla, balsámicos, café, toffe y tinta china).
Boca
En boca es amplio, con nervio y taninos suculentos. Su retronasal es muy persistente y amplia.
