The vegetative cycle in 2021 can generally be classified as colder than usual, especially when it comes to summer and harvest days.
Chronologically, the beginning of spring was cool and rainy, within normal limits, with occasional frosts that slightly affected the harvest of a few vineyards.
The dry and sunny weather of the first days of June allows for good flowering and setting, heralding a good harvest. Growth was also normal and balanced within expectations.
Summer begins normally, hot, but quickly turns into an unusual summer in our latitudes with temperatures lower than normal for that period.
