Gran Rodma 2021 from Finca Rodma represents the pinnacle of the Rodma project in Ribera del Duero. Made from Tempranillo grapes sourced from carefully selected, low-yield vineyards, this wine combines intensity, complexity, and elegance. On the nose, it displays a rich aroma with notes of ripe black fruit, cassis, and plum, integrated with hints of sweet spices, cocoa, coffee, and light toasty notes derived from precise barrel aging. On the palate, it is ample, structured, and enveloping, with powerful yet well-integrated tannins, excellent balance, and a long, lingering finish. A serious and sophisticated wine, ideal for special occasions and perfect for pairing with red meats, hearty stews, and game dishes.
