DESCRIPCIÓN

The Bela Roble 2021 red wine is produced from hand-harvested grapes, selected from our own vineyards that are more than 25 years old and located above 800 m above sea level in the area of Villalba de Duero.

The climate is continental and the soils in this area are made up of two zones: one with sandy loam textures (aromatic wines) and the other with clayey loam textures (rich and structured wines), which are more impermeable, with an average depth of around one metre and a medium level of carbonates.

The winemaking process is traditional. Cold maceration prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by nine months of aging in French oak barrels.

The wine matures for a minimum of three months in the bottle until it is released to the market.
