DESCRIPCIÓN
Unique 13 ha estate located between 200 and 350 meters above sea level, on the right bank of the Miño River.
Old vines over 45 years old. Being an inland area, the Atlantic winds arrive more attenuated, but still allowing the grapes to absorb their prized salinity.
Harvest Manual.
Winemaking: After destemming and pressing the grapes in a pneumatic press, the must is transferred to stainless steel tanks where cold fermentation takes place in order to preserve all the aromatic potential.
Once fermentation is complete, the wine is aged on its fine lees for approximately 3 to 6 months. Just 5,000 liters of Finca Garabelos
