Presenta un color amarillo-verdoso, limpio y transparente con reflejos dorados.
Nariz
En fase olfativa es rico, alegre y nos inundan las notas a la variedad moscatel romano, con recuerdos a miel de azahar, sutiles notas a piel de naranja y mandarina fresca, con notas balsámicas y a hierba recién cortada.
Boca
En boca es ligero, muy untuoso y con alta acidez cítrica que da nervio y alegría. Goloso, amable y con un retrogusto amplio y delicado.
DESCRIPCIÓN
This viticulture has been with us and our culture for more than 2,000 years and is fully adapted to the special climate of the area with low rainfall and very intense summers, withstanding very high levels of humidity and salt. It is the only strain capable of living less than 10 metres from the sea.
Wine with European V-Level certification by the Spanish Vegetarian Union as a VEGAN wine. No animal materials or derivatives have been used in the processing of this wine.
