Production: The grapes are chilled in the winery, ensuring greater freshness in their aromatic nuances. After a light pressing, the must macerates briefly with the skins to add some structure on the palate.
Fermentation begins in stainless steel and is completed in used 500 and 600 liter French oak barrels, where it will remain for about a year to complete its oak aging, always in contact with its own lees, which are periodically stirred to prevent reductions in the wine.
Its final stage will be outside the barrels , in stainless steel tanks, where the wine will remain for 7 more months in contact with its lees and will finish stabilizing and rounding out.
