DESCRIPCIÓN
The grapes are harvested at their optimal ripeness. Once they arrive at the winery, they are destemmed and crushed at a low temperature to maintain the cold chain throughout the process. The crushing and pressing are gentle to obtain only the must and avoid extracting the acidic flavor from the stems and seeds. As always, pressing and settling are carried out at a low temperature, as is fermentation, to prevent the volatility of aromas. Finally, the wine is filtered and bottled.
