DESCRIPCIÓN
Baigorri Reserva 2017 is a Reserva red wine made with Tempranillo grapes from old vines over 45 years old grown in their own vineyards located in the municipality of San Vicente de la Sonsierra.
After a manual and selective harvest, the destemmed grapes have been selected by hand, grain by grain, using vibration and weight selection tables. Long macerations and intracellular fermentations with native yeasts in truncated conical stainless steel tanks and French oak vats. Natural pump-overs and final extraction by gravity.
Malolactic fermentation and aging for 18 months in new French oak barrels.
