DESCRIPCIÓN
Entreflores Verdejo is a white wine from the DO Rueda produced by the Príncipe de Viana winery .
The grapes from which it is born Between flowers Verdejo They come from selected vines that are more than 25 years old.
Once the grapes reach the winery, they are crushed and destemmed. The must is obtained through light pressing.
The wine is then racked off before finally undergoing alcoholic fermentation at a low temperature.
