DESCRIPCIÓN
The Ossian Vides y Vinos winery, now owned by the Pago de Carraovejas group, produces this great white wine from pre-phylloxera vines , that is, very old vines, centuries old, in the town of Nieva (Segovia) and within the Rueda Designation of Origin . A complex wine, with great gastronomic possibilities as a result of its aging in oak barrels, and which has a lot of body and structure. A white wine that stands out for its powerful acidity and with the potential to be aged for several years.
The grapes used by Ossian come largely from pre-phylloxera vines between 100 and 200 years old with organic certification from the Organic Agriculture Council of Castilla y León.
