DESCRIPCIÓN
Jaros Crianza 2021 is a red wine with the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin, from Viñas del Jaro (Pesquera de Duero, Valladolid). Made with 100% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino) grapes, the wine is vinified at 26°C for approximately 12–25 days, depending on the batch, followed by extended maceration. Its aging process culminates with 17–18 months in 300L French and American oak barrels, developing structure and personality without losing its varietal character . With an alcohol content of 14.5% vol., this Crianza offers a modern profile, true to the typicity of the Ribera del Duero region and the meticulous care taken in the vineyards of the El Quiñón estate.
