DESCRIPCIÓN
Viña Mayor Roble is a red wine from Ribera del Duero. The grapes from Viña Mayor Oak are harvested manually. Grapes transported to the winery in 300kg picking bins. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures and cold maceration.
3 months in French and American oak barrels.

It has intense aromas of red and black fruits combined with spices, creamy toasted notes, smoky touches and notes of licorice, from the French oak.

It stands out for its light to medium body. It has fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity. It has a notable presence of forest fruits. It is fresh, long and at the same time oily and voluminous.
