Its vineyards between 35 and 80 years old are planted on sandy soils of decomposed granite. Cold maceration. Spontaneous fermentation with whole stems in tank.

9 months in 300 and 600L barrels as well as a foudre and cement tank.

Very mineral aromas , with hints of granite.

In the mouth , clean passage, with a long finish.
