4 Monos GR-10 is a red wine with Madrid Designation of Origin .
Its vineyards, between 35 and 80 years old, are planted on sandy soils of decomposed granite. Cold maceration. Spontaneous fermentation with whole stems in tank.
9 months in 300 and 600L barrels, as well as a foudre and cement tank.
