DESCRIPCIÓN
The 2021 vintage was within the normal range in terms of temperatures and rainfall, with no frost or hail damage in our vineyards. Winter and spring rains allowed for normal vine development and a slow, healthy ripening of the grapes. The harvest took place between September 27th and October 8th. The wines from this vintage will have a fantastic burst of red and black fruit, and a great balance between alcohol, acidity, and tannins.
They will be powerful wines, with silky tannins, long on the palate and with great aging potential.

VISTA: Color purpura intenso con mucha profundidad. Limpio y brillante.
Nariz
Nariz tremendamente expresiva que nos ofrece notas de fruta roja que recuerda a la fresa y la zarzamora, fresco y divertido. Regaliz rojo, típico de la variedad tempranillo, con el que muestra un perfil goloso que se funde con sutiles notas de flor azul y tostados muy suaves. Con el paso del tiempo y la aireación muestra una nota más fresca apareciendo mentoles, fruta negra y un toque de pimienta blanca.
Boca
Una entrada en boca sabrosa donde confluyen la fruta roja con un toque de pimienta blanca, que te ayuda a salivar. Persistente y con cuerpo, largo y fresco con la parte balsámica que nos recuerda a la zarzamora, con un punto mineral que integra perfectamente un tanino delicado y agradable. Un vino con volumen que te invita a seguir disfrutando.
