After a slow and calm distillation process, Nordés comes to us from Galicia, a gin with 12 botanicals, among which juniper, lemon verbena, bay leaf and salicornia stand out. Its aroma is intense and reminiscent of white flowers, ginger and eucalyptus with a subtle note of juniper. Due to its aromatic character, it is pleasant to drink alone and very cold in a wide tube glass that is not too tall. If it is also mixed with a dry and bitter tonic, it exceeds all expectations.
