DESCRIPCIÓN

The Ossian Vides y Vinos Winery, today owned by the Pago de Carraovejas group , produces this great white wine from pre-phylloxera strains , that is, very old, centuries-old strains, in the town of Nieva (Segovia) and within the Rueda Designation of Origin . A complex wine, with high gastronomic possibilities as a result of its aging in oak barrels, and that has a lot of body and structure. A white that stands out for its powerful acidity and with potential for aging for several years.

The grapes used by Ossian come largely from pre-phylloxera vines between 100 and 200 years old with an organic certificate from the Organic Agriculture Council of Castilla y León.
