DESCRIPCIÓN

Cune Crianza has DO La Rioja and belongs to the famous winery known as Bodegas Cune , or as it is really called, CVNE (Compañía Vinícola del Norte de España).

Fermentation in a 20,000 kilo stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature between 25 and 27ºC, in order to preserve the fruit that characterizes this wine.

Daily pumping over and two delestages are carried out during maceration. After a vatting of some 12 days, we separate the press and malolactic fermentation takes place in the tank.

Subsequently, the wine is aged in American oak barrels for a year, a period in which it acquires the aromatic balance that characterizes it, as well as its finesse and overall expression.
