DESCRIPCIÓN

Alcoholic fermentation: Grapes destemmed without crushing that after long macerations are fermented in stainless steel tanks with automatic control of temperature, pumping over and micro oxygenation. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, which provides spicy layers and a softer, more palatable character.

Cosme Palacio raises high-altitude vineyards and is aged for 12 months in new 225-liter, lightly toasted, split French oak barrels from the best French cooperages. The wine remains in the bottle for a minimum of 12 months.
