DESCRIPCIÓN

Alcoholic fermentation: Uncrushed, destemmed grapes are fermented after long macerations in stainless steel tanks with automatic temperature control, pumping over and micro-oxygenation. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, which provides spicy layers and a softer, more appetizing character.

Cosme Palacio Crianza from high altitude vineyards is aged for 12 months in new 225-litre split French oak barrels, lightly toasted and sourced from the best French cooperages.

The wine remains in the bottle for a minimum of 12 months.
