DESCRIPCIÓN
PSI 2020 is a red wine that comes from old vines of average age of more than 30 years grown in microplots of the Dominio de Pingus winery.
Maceration takes place in cement tanks, which allows the aroma of the fruit to be achieved. Fermentation is a natural process, without added yeasts.
The aging takes place in cement tanks, in oak vats and in new French oak barrels from Pingus and Flor de Pingus.

Expresiva, limpia y fresca, con elegantes tonos florales, matices de hierbas silvestres, especias y fruta roja.
Boca
La frescura anticipada en nariz está presente también en esta fase. Tinto sabroso, con buena carga frutal, taninos presentes y fácil de beber.
