Aperol is the result of years of work, experimentation and dedication by the Barbieri brothers after inheriting the liquor company from their father in 1912. A few years later it began to become popular among young Italians, becoming a symbol of the cosmopolitan and the distinguished.
With an intense orange color, it has a unique sweet and sour taste that comes from a secret and original recipe that has been carefully guarded and kept intact over the years.
