It takes its name from the 200 monks who lived in the now-disappeared Monastery of San Martin de Albelda and who dedicated their lives to safeguarding culture.

Silky, unctuous and balanced on the palate. Elegant notes of fruit, with lively citrus touches of blood orange that give it expressiveness and freshness. When opened or decanted, it shows great complexity with aromas and flavours.
