Vodka produced by Wolf & Oak in collaboration with Putka, a company specialising in baking. The buns were fermented, the fat was filtered out (but the fatty character of the baked product was maintained) and the product was distilled.

DESCRIPCIÓN

The vodka is made from a combination of luxurious rye spirit and spirit from selected yeast cakes from Cukiernia Piekarni Putka, which undergo maceration, fermentation and then double distillation in a copper distillation apparatus. The delicate, sweet taste of yeast cakes perfectly matches this high-alcohol drink and is reminiscent of old Polish feasts.
