DESCRIPCIÓN
Antidoto is a wine from a mosaic of 550 plots of old vineyards, mainly from a terrace with pebbles, located in the municipality of Soto de San Esteban, with yields of 3500 kilos per hectare, in the easternmost area of the DO Ribera de Duero , the province of Soria .
The sandy soils with pebbles give Antidoto aromatic, spring-like intensity, and a vertical and delicate palate.
Cherry red color .
On the nose, ripe fruit, with a light and clean aroma of wood, a smoky touch.
In the mouth it is balanced, fresh, silky on the palate.
