DESCRIPCIÓN
It is the expression of the land from the different vineyards. For this wine, plots over 75 years old are selected, with very low yields, located in high-altitude, poor soils, with the intention of showcasing the concentration and potential of the old vines in the La Aguilera area. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in wooden vats, and subsequently, malolactic fermentation and aging are carried out in new French oak barrels.
