Presencia de fruta negra como la mora y el arándano resaltando también la fruta roja como la grosella, frambuesa y cereza. El paso por barrica le aporta unas sutiles vainillas con unos tostados elegantes y finos

Un vino con volumen, que nos da sensación de finura y a la vez su acidez nos transmite frescura y viveza.

Our vineyards are located in the most select area of the Ribera del Duero region and are integrated into the natural ecosystem. They are low-intervention vineyards, trained in goblet and trellis systems, with vines over 30 years old growing in very poor, sandy, and stony soils.
The 2023 harvest took place between September 25th and October 8th. This was the ideal period for that vintage, when the grapes reached perfect ripeness to produce a wine of
Extremely high quality. Maximum care of the grapes and aging for 5 months in American oak barrels followed by bottle aging.
Natural fermentation, with native yeast to preserve the character of the land.
