This wine is a tribute to the vineyard in the silent valley where the predominantly Tempranillo grapes mature.

The vineyard keeps a great secret, with barely 10,000 bottles produced, this is its second vintage on the market.

It is one of the last vineyards to be harvested precisely because in the valley time does not pass so quickly and its harvest requires care and dedication.

DESCRIPCIÓN

Baigorri Finca La Canoca 2021 is a red wine made with Tempranillo grapes from vines planted in 1960. From Bodegas Baigorri .

It is made in closed 225-liter barrels in an artisanal way with destemmed grapes and whole grains, using carbonated snow to develop an intercellular maceration as long as possible.

Alcoholic fermentation: in French oak vats with a capacity of 5,000 liters, in an artisanal way.
Malolactic fermentation: new French oak barrels.
