On the nose, with light greenish reflections characteristic of the Malvar variety. With a high aromatic intensity, it is also fresh and fruity; reminiscent of banana and ripe apple, and even honey.

On the palate it has an elegant sweetness, well balanced with the freshness provided by good acidity and residual carbonation.
