DESCRIPCIÓN
Sustainable vineyard in integrated production, located in O Rosal, on slopes at mid-altitude between the Miño River and the Atlantic Ocean. Selection and manual harvest. Crushed, destemmed and cold macerated. Slow and controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged on lees for 6 months.
Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Pippin apple, citrus, apricot and toasted notes provided by the aging on lees.
With marked volume in the mouth, unctuous, saline, with contained acidity and a subtle finish.
