Pazo de San Mauro 2024 is one of the most faithful and refined expressions of Galician Albariño, produced on one of the most emblematic historic estates in the Rías Baixas DO. Located in the Condado do Tea, on the banks of the Miño River, the Pazo San Mauro estate—with vineyards on well-ventilated slopes and granitic soils—offers unique conditions for cultivating this variety with its own distinct character.
Fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature and aged on fine lees for a few months, this wine combines the purest varietal expression of Albariño with a smooth and enveloping texture.
