DESCRIPCIÓN
Zacapa 23 is a super premium rum made from a mixture of rums aged between 6 and 23 years.
Instead of molasses, the so-called "virgin honey" obtained from the first pressing of sugar cane is used in the production of Zacapa and is subjected to an exclusive aging process called the solera system, being stored in a series of barrels previously used to age whiskeys. Americans and wines from Sherry and Pedro Ximénez.
The secret is its slow aging in the privacy of the cold lands of the Guatemalan highlands (at 2,300m altitude).
