XANLOQUE Tintilla is a single-varietal wine that reclaims the legendary Tintilla de Rota, a historic variety from Cádiz with over five centuries of tradition. With an emotional connection to the Cádiz coast and the calcareous albariza soils, this wine represents a modern way of reinterpreting a nearly lost heritage. Made with minimal intervention, it seeks to capture the intensity and subtle sweetness of the grape, nuanced by its natural acidity and delicate yet present tannins—one of its classic hallmarks. .
