Elegante e intenso. Con aromas a fruta roja (cereza, fresa y frambuesa) y flores (violeta y rosa) sobre fondo balsámico.
Fresco, equilibrado y glicérico; con buena acidez y final agradable. En retronasal vuelven notas florales y de fruta roja.
DESCRIPCIÓN
Vía Romana offers the essence of the land where it grows. The grapes, from the Ribeira Sacra region of the Miño River, are selected after the hand-harvest. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. It remains there for a minimum of one year at a controlled temperature and is then gently aged in the bottle before being released to the market.
As a result of our commitment to constant innovation, we have used a vegetable clarifying agent in the new 2015 vintage of Vía Romana: pea protein.
That's why we were able to certify our wine as vegan wine , and it's the first Galician wine with vegan certification!
