This is a very special winemaking process, using old barrels that have contained Whisky , which allows a new sensory universe to open up.
Yes, it's a robust wine, but its gentle, sweet tannins make it very pleasant to drink.
A mature, fleshy and rich wine in which you will discover an addictive complexity of smoky notes, toasted nuts, dark chocolate and the finest Indian spices such as pepper and clove.
