DESCRIPCIÓN
PARCELA Mandiles 2022 is the jewel of the Bruma del Estrecho de Marín project by Bodegas Viña Elena. This wine comes from a century-old vineyard planted in 1952 in the Estrecho de Marín area (Jumilla PDO), where the Monastrell vines have deep roots in calcareous and stony soils, enduring decades of extreme drought and heat. Its strategic northern orientation keeps the roots shaded, giving it an unexpected freshness in such a harsh environment. .
Crafted using traditional methods and minimal intervention, its fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks or French oak vats with native yeasts, followed by 10 months of aging in 500L barrels. This wine seeks to faithfully reflect the essence of a terroir that has endured and continued to yield intense, complex, and harmonious grapes.
