DESCRIPCIÓN
Los Conejos Malditos 2025 is a wine born from adversity and absolute respect for the vineyard. Its name pays homage—with irony and character—to the rabbits that, attracted by the quality of the grapes, constantly attack some of the winery's most demanding plots. Their speed and voracity result in extremely low yields, leading to limited production and grapes of great concentration.
The grapes come from organically farmed vineyards located at an altitude of 750 meters, on calcareous-clay soils, within a continental climate characterized by strong temperature variations. These conditions favor slow and balanced ripening, preserving the natural freshness and authentic expression of the terroir.
In the glass, the wine expresses intensity and personality, with a distinct identity linked to its origin. The altitude contributes tension and vibrancy, while the soil and climate provide structure and depth. It is an honest wine, with a singular character, reflecting both the harshness of the environment and the respectful work in the vineyard.
